Azure Support Engineer required for a 1st & 2nd Line Support role. As an experienced Support Engineer, you shall be monitoring the clients Azure environments ensuring that backups have worked and there are no issues that require fixing.You will be a point of escalation for a team of 1st Line Support Engineers - either escalating calls or pushing back to 1st Line to help resolve the issue.You will have recent and extensive experience of working in an Azure environment coupled with the following skills:

'€¢Experience of administering Active Directory and Azure AD'€¢Understanding of Office 365 integration with Azure'€¢Hands on experience with Azure management and Log Analytics monitoring services'€¢Expert knowledge of Azure Cloud platform features and capabilities'€¢1st & 2nd Line Support in a fast paced environment'€¢Proven Experience with 1st and 2nd line technical support'€¢Confident and broad technical knowledge, particularly for MS Server, OS & Applications'€¢Knowledge of Server Administration tools - ADDS, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy etc.
