Digital Acquisition Manager

Spring Technology are working in partnership with a market leading FTSE 150 company to recruit a Digital Acquisition Manager with a proven track record of leading Digital Marketing teams on global campaigns to achieve multi-million pound acquisition targets.

The Company

You will be joining a FTSE 150 company with a global presence that is recognised as an industry leader. As the Digital Acquisition Manager you will be leading a highly successful and experienced Digital Marketing team who are accountable for delivering KPI's including web leads, customer acquisition and evolving the Digital Acquisition strategy.

The Role

We are looking for someone who has a solid track record as a leader that has managed teams, partnered with digital agencies, and led successful multi-platform campaigns. You'll need strong analytical, project management and team leadership skills to achieve acquisition targets.

The Responsibilities

*Accountable for the global Digital Marketing acquisition budget taking direct accountability for the cross-channel Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) targets

*Direct management of the Digital Acquisition team comprising of PPC and SEO/Social media specialists

*Development of online lead generation activity to drive new leads and customer retention.

*Continuously explore and introduce new digital marketing channels to the business

*Work with the wider digital marketing team to set-up and manage the digital marketing infrastructure (Tag Management, Campaign Tracking, Marketing Analytics, Attribution, etc.)

*Analysing web traffic and increasing the visibility of the divisions websites through the relevant channels

*Manage and drive digital marketing tactics securing maximum exposure, with a focus on driving new customer acquisition

*Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns

*Track, report, and analyse website analytics and SEM initiatives and campaigns.

*Accountable for the selection and management of 3rd party agencies/partners and their ongoing performance

*Accountable for setting the framework for the continuous improvement of digital acquisition activities

*Optimise copy and landing pages for search engine marketing.

*Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimisation.

*Research and implement search engine optimisation recommendations.

The Requirements

*Previous experience in a B2B or B2C retail environment managing a large number of SKUs and global campaigns.

*Proven track record as a senior leader that has managed teams, partnered with digital agencies, and led successful multi-platform campaigns.

*Strong analytical, project management and team leadership skills to achieve acquisition targets.

*Excellent commercial acumen with experience of managing multi-million pound budgets.
