Due to our success and desire to further expand our clientele we wish to appoint another Technical Support Engineer with experience in VoIP, ISP, TCP & IP, Cisco and Mikrotik.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING? As our Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining our voice and data IP networks within the organisation; you will be working closely with both customers and employees(on/off-site) to identify these issues and advise on their solution as well as document them. Your expertise will also be called upon to advise on the adoption of new technologies from our independent voice and data network. Your ideas will not only be expected but welcomed and will make notable contributions to our continued success.
