Functional Tester

12-month fixed-term contract

ShortList Recruitment are looking for a Functional Tester to join an award-winning industry-leading client based in Chester on a fixed-term 12 month contract.

The Functional Tester will be responsible for functional, integration and system testing across the client's online platform. Prior experience in a test environment is essential and the ideal candidate will have strong level of analytical skills.

Essential skills for the Functional Tester:

Writing test cases, workflow and documentationTest web applicationsCross-browser and device testing experienceStrong functional/UAT Testing backgroundKnowledge of Agile methodologiesExperience in an eCommerce environmentInterpersonal communication skills and ability to liase with stakeholdersAutomation testing (desirable)In exchange, the successful candidate will receive a highly competitive salary and an excellent benefits package, including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays.
