Team Overview

The Data Innovation Hub is a new team which works with colleagues across the organisation to improve our client's capability to process, analyse and extract insights from data.

Our client looks after communications in the UK. From phones and broadband to TV, radio, post and wireless devices, they regulate services at the heart of people's everyday lives.

This is an exciting time to join the business. Our client is delivering vital work to help shape the communications services of today and tomorrow - from helping the UK be a world leader in 5G mobile, to driving investment in ultrafast broadband and supporting the traditional postal service.

Diversity and inclusion
Our client is a forward-thinking, inclusive employer. They are among the Times' Top 50 UK employers for women. They are a Stonewall Diversity Champion, a Disability Confident employer and one of Vercida's Top 10 employers for black and minority-ethnic colleagues.

They also have in place several networks to support colleagues. These are open to all colleagues and help to drive the company's diversity and inclusion programme.

Reward and benefits
The reward package is based on more than just salary. Colleagues can choose the benefits of most value to them, using a flexible benefits package to suit individual needs. The range of benefits reflects the flexible environment our client aims to create.

As well as standard benefits you can choose from flexible benefits including the option to purchase additional annual leave, travel insurance, private medical cover for your family.

Working environments and flexible working
Our client understands that the working environment is important to colleagues, which is why they ensure that offices are bright, modern places to work. They have offices in London, Belfast, Edinburgh and Cardiff, as well as field operations offices in Merseyside and Surrey.

The organisation has introduced an agile working model, making changes to their offices to transform how they work. Colleagues are free to move around the offices, enabling them to work alongside and collaborate with other teams and groups.

Our client is also moving towards a location-neutral approach to filling their roles. This means colleagues can be based at any of the company's offices. All of these initiatives help colleagues to work flexibly in way that suits them.

The company also believes that they have a part to play in protecting the environment. They are committed to reducing their carbon footprint and have introduced initiatives to help consume less energy, including a cycle-to-work scheme and a car-share scheme.
