WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As an integral member of our collaborative team, you will be training customers on our intuitive interface, advising customers on the impact our products will have on technology, you will also be the customers main technical point of contact so you will be working to understand their estate, security aims and concerns. You will also advise on the best way to deploy our platform whilst working alongside our analysts and commercial teams. WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

* Excellent communication skills

* Excellent customer facing skills

* A solid understanding of TCP/IP and networking

* Knowledge of operating system internals
