Performance AnalystCoventry£35,000 - £39,000 We currently have an opportunity for a Performance Analyst to join one of our major government clients based in Coventry. They are a leading agency responsible for various areas including funding education for children and young adults.Responsibilities: Responsible for the performance analysis in their given area and help the project team measure and assess outcomes, for example what good looks like and how it will be measuredHelp to plan and ensure project delivery, finding opportunities to share information with the project team, community colleagues and othersMostly work independently, although seek guidance when necessaryAdaptable in applying analysis techniques to new contexts, especially when acting as the sole representative for performance analysts on a projectCreate a performance measurement framework for a project with the wider team, including identifying reporting requirements, advising on procurement, implementation and validation of tools to deliver against these requirementsResponsible for the accuracy and quality of data and analysis and how they are usedEngage with, and actively contribute to, the performance analysis communityExperience RequiredUnderstands core technical concepts related to their role and is able to apply them.Understands the appropriate media to communicate findings. Shapes and shares communications cognisant of audience.Understands and can apply a range of data analysis techniques to provide in-sight to inform business decisions and resolve problems.Verification and validation of data and analysis - recognises and identifies appropriate ways to collect, collate and prepare data and decide on accuracy and fitness for purpose.
