Junior IT Support Analyst / Application Support Analyst (Microsoft Windows TCP/IP SQL German). Would you like to work on complex and challenging systems as part of a supportive team with regular learning opportunities and excellent career progression?

As a Junior IT Support Analyst at this global FinTech you will split your time between support and consultancy; you will be responsible for planning, configuring, installing and rolling-out advanced internet based trading exchanges that run on the Microsoft platform and providing 2^nd / 3^rd line support ensuring that high-level technical consultancy is provided to a mercilessly quality conscious client base. You'll receive training and mentoring from an experienced team and will continually learn and develop your skills.

You'll be based in the City in modern, open plan offices with staff kitchen where you can find a host of breakfast goodies and refreshments; smart casual dress code with regular social events.

Requirements:

Good German language skills

Proficient in Windows Server technologies and the Microsoft office suite

Familiar with networking - TCP/IP and network latency / performance issues

Ability to prioritise and work under pressure on multiple concurrent projects

Excellent communication skills, comfortable dealing with clients and able to foster strong working relationships

Desirable: Good SQL Server skills (queries, optimisation)

As a Junior IT Support Analyst you will earn a highly competitive salary (to £45k), bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including pension and health care. There's also a £1,000 relocation allowance if you're moving to London for the role.
