The Role:- Managing projects through the full project lifecycle working on a range of re-fits, extensions and new stores builds- Conduct tender processes including preparation of tender documentation, evaluation of tenders and the making of detailed recommendations- Monitoring the financial progress of projects and regularly communicating and assessing potential impacts of changes to budgets The Person:- Proven Quantity Surveyor experience Quantity Surveyor, Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, QS, Project Manager, Senior QS, Senior Surveyor, Site Manager, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Retail, Construction, Fit Outs
