TYPICAL ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support primarily to the target operating model project and may also provide support to the wider Divisions.

The roles require:

*administrative support;

*actioning requests;

*working at pace with flexibility and discretion to effectively support the smooth running of the project

Key responsibilities

*Administrative support which includes, but is not limited to, meeting arrangements including interviews, coordination of interviewers and preparation of interview materials and results.

*Build and maintain close working relationships with colleagues across ESG.

*Assist in supporting the delivery of the TOM project

Skills and Experience

Interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven record of establishing, building and maintaining relationships across functional and organisational boundaries, at all levels as required.

Delivery of outcomes

Ability to focus on delivery of outcomes, be proactive, work under pressure and respond quickly and decisively to changing circumstances and to tight deadlines.

Organising and Prioritising

Ability to organise workload, to prioritise, and manage rapidly changing demands and priorities whilst showing positive behaviours.

Planning and attention to detail

Demonstrates ability to be organised with attention to detail and the ability to co-ordinate several activities at the same time.
