Technical Audit & On-Boarding Engineer - £26-32,000 - Northampton Nigel Frank is working with one of its most respected clients to help find a technical audit and on-boarding engineer to join the team and this expanding business in this exciting position. The role offers you the chance to work for a thriving MSP and develop your skills in a dynamic business. In this role you will be expected to undertake technical assessments/audits of client I.T infrastructures using a combination of manual inspections and software auditing tools. Following this you will need to create detailed auditing reports identifying all the important findings as well as making your suggestions as how the businesses services can best be used to help in addition to other relevant duties. In addition you will help develop existing auditing templates to reflect changes in emerging technologies, assist sales teams to make sure information and findings are well understood, help with project work related to audit findings and more. With regards to onboarding, you will undertake the client onboarding process in which you will incorporate a number of ares including industry best practice, removal/installation of services and more. Naturally you will need to have great communication and team work skills as you you will need to create high quality written documentation as well as being clear verbally as you liaise with different departments in your role. Organisation is crucial, as is an approach that is analytic and logical. The position offers you the chance to work with a wide variety of exciting clients and from those around you as you will be working in a business that prides itself on collaboration.
