We are therefore looking to expand our team by appointing a talented Technical Operations Engineer, skilled in Checkpoint Firewalls, Cisco Networks, VMware, Linux, Windows Server and ESXi.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will be providing an escalation point for the Service Desk Team. You will be using your skills in Checkpoint Firewalls, Cisco Networks, VMware, Linux, Windows Server and ESXi to implement common requests, changes and corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement of existing networks and server infrastructures. You will be working with other internal teams to work towards reaching the business objectives. This role requires exceptional customer service to ensure all customers receive a clear communication and effective resolution of problems.
