Real Time Recruitment Solutions We are currently supporting a Motorsport giant who are in need of an exceptional Software Engineer to join their world Championship winning team at their state-of-the-art engineering centre in Northamptonshire. 
In such an important role as the Software Systems Engineer within the Automotive Engineering Centre you will be responsible for identifying, specifying, developing, testing and calibrating ideas that will lead to improved performance of the Power Unit. This includes support through the full product lifecycle including integration and test on HIL, Rig, Dyno and Vehicle.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the agreed systems function to requirements at the point of delivery and also for ensuring that issues and faults arising are dealt with rapidly. In this position, the Principal Embedded software engineer is empowered to act autonomously, ensuring accountability, cost and other key programme metrics.

Software design and development experience using one of more of;
