The Compliance Analyst Role:

We're now recruiting for a Compliance Analyst to join our operations team based from our headquarters in Wisborough Green. Working as part of an established team reporting to the Head of Operations your primary responsibility will be to support, own and manage compliance activity across the business covering Risk Management; Information Management System ownership in accordance with ISO certifications, Compliance with applicable Capita Group policy and standards and Applicable Contractual, Statutory and Regulatory frameworks. 

The ideal candidate will already have experience of working in a Compliance role and will have an understanding of ISO certification.

Compliance Analyst Key Responsibilities

+ Understand contractual certification requirements and work closely with and support the business in maintaining ISO certification (9001, 20000, 22301, 27001, 14001).
+ Facilitate and deliver Divisional Information Security requirements for each Business Unit.
+ Support the Head of Business Operations to facilitate and coordinate all audit activities, remediation actions and build relationships with key business stakeholders, both internally and with external audit providers.
+ In conjunction with the Head of Business Operations you will be responsible for supporting and delivering effective risk management throughout the business.
+ Support the Head of Business Operations in ensuring alignment to 22301, working collaboratively with functional areas, mentor, validate and exercise appropriate Business Impact Analysis (BIAs) and BC Plans (BCPs) and support the Crisis Management (CM) processes and facilitate invocation of the crisis community, including delivering CM duty on a forecast basis.
+ Ensure all relevant standards, processes and policies are understood, and implemented across the business.
+ Support the Head of Business Operations to facilitate Group and Divisional reporting requirements and escalations.

Skills and Experience:

+ Experience of managing and reporting on risks and performance 
+ Experience of risk management methods within information technology and cyber security
+ Exposure/experience of internal auditing process
+ Experience of implementing policies and procedures across multi-functional business areas
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio
+ Excellent influencing and negotiating skills
+ Effective stakeholder management skills
+ Problem solving/decision making and analytical skills
+ Knowledge of ISO Management Systems and their applications

Location: UK Headquarters at Wisborough Green (Guildford 30 minutes, Horsham 20 minutes).

Hours: 09.00 to 17:30 Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) 
Salary: £29,000 - £35,000 Depending on experience and skills 
Start date: ASAP

Additional Information:

+ Must have the right to live and work in the UK
+ Must have full UK driving licence and access to own transport to get between sites
+ Occasional travel to London, Cambridgeshire and Munich will be necessary in this role
