Associate Quantity SurveyorAssociate Quantity Surveyor | Essex | Consultancy This is an Associate Quantity Surveyor position with an independent multidisciplinary consultancy. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an experienced Associate Quantity Surveyor who can take responsibility for various major residential schemes with project values exceeding £100m, acting as the main contact with each client as well as provide support to the existing team in the delivery of projects. Key requirements for this Associate Quantity Surveyor position: MRICS or equivalent level qualificationMust have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a relevant fieldExperience delivering projects within the private sectorExperience of taking ownership in large scale projectsPrevious experience working for a construction consultancyExperience of taking a leading role in delivering pre and post contract quantity surveying servicesExperience of procuring and/or negotiating major trade contract packagesExcellent communication skills - must be able to communicate effectively at a high technical level.Previous experience training and mentoring junior staff. Remuneration for this Associate Quantity Surveyor position: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum.
