With an annual review and personal development plan, they give team members the freedom to develop and expand their knowledge, so that they have a clear purpose.They love what they do, and they want you to love working with them!What you will be doing:Dealing with incoming phone callsDealing with tickets in Autotask (their PSA)Performing fixes via remote management toolsFieldwork - onsite support where requiredProject work such as email migrationsClient on-boarding (remote and onsite)Documenting processes and procedures in their knowledge baseMonitoring back-ups and scan events to check for irregularitiesManual servicing of machines as and when needed/scheduledInput into strategic planning and product developmentA commitment to self-learningYou will be encouraged to take vocational exams and attend online coursesIdeal candidates will have an excellent working knowledge of the following:MSP experienceUsed ticketing systems, PSAs, RMMsWorking knowledge Office 365 and G Suite administrationWindows 7 desktop and above knowledge/expertiseWindows server knowledge/expertiseMac OSX knowledge/expertiseTCP/IP, DNS, internet domainsCommunicative, convey tech in EnglishGood with people: face-to-face, on the phone or via emailWell organised AND good at organisingTeam playerEnergetic, tenacious and trustworthyEager to consolidate experience and progress in the companySharp!
