Analog IC Design Engineer - BerlinAn Analog/Mixed Signal IC Design Engineer is required to join the multinational team of an award-winning dynamic start-up business with focus on photonics based integrated microchips for data centres based in Berlin. In this position you will work on high speed Analog Mixed IC Designs in CMOS and SiGe-BiCMOS technology including gate logic and block level design. You will also be involved in definition of design methodology and environment control circuits for Analog, Digital and custom synthesized blocks, microcontroller programming as well as ADCs and DACs. Labmeasurments will be a large part of your responsibilities.As the successful Analog Mixed Signal IC Designer you are industry degree qualified and have 3+ years of experience from within a similar position in a commercial company with a good understanding of high speed Analog/Mixed Signal and RF IC Design principles using standard IC design tools and also have knowledge of definition, specification as well as testing of digital blocks. Gate, block and chip level layout experience is required in this position as well as basic skills in RTL coding, firmware development and control loops and experience in lab measurements. Experience in BiCMOS and PAM4 is beneficial for the success of your application.
