Role: Business Analyst Location: Stratford Description Needs have 3-5 years technical understanding - not somebody that has simply worked on 1-2 projects with AWS included. Role Purpose This is a great opportunity for an experienced Product Analyst to join a growing, multi-skilled team supporting a range of customers with complex IT projects. This role requires collaboration within a broad team including Business Architects and other technical SMEs to translate business requirements into system requirements. You will have a good understanding of cloud technology (particularly AWS) including IAAS, PAAS, SAAS.This is a great opportunity to join a company that can provide opportunities for future career growth. Key Accountabilities Interpret the business requirements and translate into technical and system requirements in line with design standardsUse practice standards to both functional and non-functional technical / system requirements whilst meeting the agreed definition of "done" (includes integration and platform alignment)Review and quality assure artefacts created by other internal and external parties to ensure the quality fulfils relevant requirementsMap requirements and designs into releasesEnsure traceability of requirements and specifications by designing and delivering test phasesImpact assessments as required Skills - EssentialProduce technical designs based on solution designs using Agile methodologiesExperience of working in corporate or public body IT departments and alongside multiple suppliers and third party partnersSubstantial experience technical and functional design of relevant productsUnderstand architectural concepts, methodologies and mapping approaches.Expert knowledge of data analysis techniques, process mapping and promotion of improvement/lean techniques.Track record of successful hands-on experience implementing cloud solutions and migrationsProactive working style and comfortable dealing with ambiguityGood self-management and can work with minimal supervision and also in multi-skilled teamsClient focused with good interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communicationActively shares knowledge with colleaguesRole LocationThis role may require travel to client sites or client offices.
