Digital Project Manager (Web)

Spring Technology are working in partnership with a market leading FTSE 150 company to recruit a Digital Project Manager with a proven background in Digital Transformation Projects within enterprise size organisations.

The Company

You will be joining a FTSE 150 company with a global presence that is recognised as an industry leader. As the Digital Project Manager you will be working within our clients Marketing Department on a digital transformation project with the goal of rolling out a brand new website and showcasing it's capabilities.

The Role

You will manage the business facing roll out of the site introducing the wider business to the new website and showcasing its capabilities covering all pre-launch activities, preparing and presenting communications and training, through to post go-live early life support.

The Responsibilities

*Responsible for executing and following a standardised process for Digital Transformation Website rollout

*Accountable for project planning; producing schedules of site roll out and timelines of tasks, ensuring plans align with the overall project rollout, coordinating with the Project Team

*Oversee and manage the target operations model changes, consulting with local site to understand and identify the standard operating procedure, gap analysis and reporting back to key stakeholders

*Responsible for site communications and warm up launch plan, implement any necessary changes throughout the process

*Responsible for the training plan and documentation, update and revise to be site specific or based on feedback

*Provide training on new procedures

*Responsible for site relationships and sign off process for go-live, close handover process and training including evaluating successes and challenges to enhance learning

*Provide early life support, inc. lightweight post support training as needed

*Consult with the Project Office and other departments to agree appropriate communication and governance activities

The Requirements

*Excellent organisation skills to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlines

*Strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead project teams

*Excellent communication and training skills

*The ability to use initiative and make decisions under pressure

*Confident working autonomously

*Comfortable working with new technologies and software

*Proven ability to provide training

*Experience working with B2B technology rollouts

*Experience working with senior level executives
