Service Implementation Manager - Fujitsu - Basingstoke - 3.5month contract Role:An international IT outsourcing company have requested their implementation team provide a Service Implementation Manager (SIM) for their client's delivery team. You will coordinate Secure Engineering (SE) and Crypto Team personnel during Tier 2 keyfill activities.This support is to coordinate UK and overseas Tier 2 key fill activities for 3.5 months the outline details of the local site activities are below subject to confirmation.
Responsibilities:Coordinate the move of reserve keymat to client and Company Sites, including confirmation that reserve keymat has arrived and is available.Organise SE engineers to fill keymat at client and company Sites.Confirm that keymat has been loaded.Scheduling and confirming Site access.Coordinate and forward staff clearance to client stakeholders.Coordinate the sweep up of problem Sites and close the project. Assumptions:It is assumed that all process documents in support of the keyfill activity are to be provided by the Authority.A national security clearance is required for this role but candidates not holding this level of clearance will be considered.Work by Company Implementation resources will be carried out Monday to Friday (09:00 to 17:00). Should the Authority require Company resources to engage in work outside of these hours this shall be considered a change which shall require impacting and additional funding. Dependencies:There is a dependency on the Authority to ensure that all rooms/buildings will be easily accessible at the times of when Company Implementation are required to attend the site.There is a dependency on the Authority to ensure that the required infrastructure is installed and live prior to engaging and booking Company installation resources.
