An excellent opportunity has arisen in central Birmingham for a dynamic & proactive Ms Dynamics 365 Technical Architect to join a fantastic team currently supporting multiple IT Transformation initiatives.The main purpose of the role is to understand business requirements and produce technical solution designs. Evaluate technology solution options, recommend and create robust design documents. Work with other architects, developers, business analysts and business stakeholders to ensure that technical solutions meet requirements and are aligned with the strategy.The successful candidate will have sole responsibility for Dynamics CRM 365 technology domain across the entire organisation and will be the SME in this area. You will work with other Architects, development teams, stakeholders and 3rd party vendors.We are looking for candidates with the below experience/ skills:EssentialExperience in design and development of large-scale Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement implementationsGood knowledge of best practices for CRM processes, user interface and architectureAble to lead functional workshops and demonstrate a clear understanding of standardsGood experience in Azure Technology Stack, Common Data Model and other products such as Finance OperationsExperience of working in an iterative development process such as AgileAble to represent Technical teams and facilitate relationships with indirect stakeholdersAble to understand and resolve technical disputes across varying levels of complexity and riskExperience of working in multiple projects and managing timeAble to work with external suppliers and liaise with their technical teamsExcellent communication skills Desirable Preferably from a development backgroundProfessional certifications for relevant technologiesAzure DevOps - DevOps, CI / CD Pipelines, TerraformAzure development - Logic Apps, App Service, Functions etcOur client is flexible and welcomes Senior Dynamics 365 Engineer/Specialist with experience designing and implementing CRM Dynamics 365 solutions, looking for career progression into the architecture space.This is a superb opportunity to join a well-respected regulatory company located in the centre of Birmingham, within walking distance of main transport links, offering an excellent benefit package and a friendly & flexible working environment where you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your capabilities and develop your career.Want to know more?
