Digital Project ManagerExeter EX2
£45,000 (DOE) + Flexi-Hours + Benefts
We are seeking a full-time project manager to join our team and working with our internal team and clients from a raft of different industries.
We need an individual that is capable of improving delivery, output quality and client communications.
As a senior member of the team means you will be valued for the ideas and skills you bring, and to play a key part in the business direction and its growth. You will also be required to represent the company and operation by engaging with customers and from time to time attending events, such as meet-ups.
We all work very hard but not in a rigid and old fashioned way, with flexible hours a pleasant working environment, based on the Quay in Exeter we believe you will enjoy working with us.
We are looking for someone that has a great personality; you need to be easy going, like working with others and be a team player. You need to be self-motivated and hardworking and trustworthy.
Digital Project Manager Required Key Skills/Attributes:
+ Good technical understanding of web and software development and SDLC.
+ Must understand project management best practice and how to operate in a flexible, dynamic way that improves delivery.
+ Must be able to improve production by introducing efficiencies, reducing wasted time and better planning.
+ Must have excellent communication, both written and verbal.
+ Must be able to demonstrate their value - how much of an impact their contribution has made to the project.
+ Flexible approach to work and getting the Job done.
+ Must have good team management and understand how to motivate individuals.
+ An intelligent and smart individual that will represent the business in a positive way.
Non-essential but favourable skills/experience in:
+ Agile Scrum or Agile PM certified.
We provide Flexi-hours (core hours 9:30 to 16:30, 40 hours per week). The role is based at our office, but we do provide an allowance of 2 days per month to work from home.
