Mid - Level Software Developer/Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics (CRM) - Birmingham - £45,000 + 15% BonusTrusted global innovator and Microsoft Gold Partner, world renowned in implementing modern solutions, are actively recruiting for a Lead Technical Consultant (Dynamics CRM) to facilitate the deployment of both SME and Enterprise level projects for blue chip clients situated both in, and outside of the UK.Testament to the investment in their employees, the consultancy are hiring for the first time in 4 Years, due to internal promotions from their graduate development programme. This training and development is replicated for anyone who is successful in the application process - and you will be provided with a tailored progression plan outlining MCSE certifications you will be supported through financially and through peer support.Working with the most modern of technology - you will be responsible for developing and delivering solutions that incorporate Artificial Intelligence and Big Data, as well as developing portals with bespoke and azure components.Working from their state of the art technology research hub - you will sit in a dedicated team of Dynamics Professionals surrounded by the resource of a world famous technology company. Cross training is not unusual and will be provided - should this be of interest to you.You will be offered 2 days home working and this will increase after the initial settlement period has passed. To facilitate this - you will be provided with a work from home package, including company phone/laptop and regular skype for business group sessions. This is to ensure you are being supported with every aspect of the role.This is a salaried position paying £45,000, home working and a 15% internal bonus scheme.
