Oracle Cloud Functional Analyst

Central London - 6 Month Contract

International Banking Group

£550 - £600 pd

As a preferred and trust recruitment partner to this international banking group for over seven years, we have been asked to assist in the recruitment of a well-established Oracle Cloud Functional specialist to assist on an exciting project involving the implementation of a new core financials and subledger solution using the Oracle Cloud application (Oracle Fusion).

The successful candidate will work within a project team and provide both leadership and hands-on configuration of the Oracle Cloud application core financial modules (GL, AP, FA, CM, iProc/PO, iExp, PA, AR including Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).

Skills & Experience Required

-Configuration / Set-up of various Oracle Financial Modules as well as successfully implementing a FAH Solution within a Financial Services Environment

-Understanding of Financial Products (to discuss data structures, data flows, accounting processes)

-Oracle Cloud Implementations, with in-depth understanding of core modules (General Ledgers, Accounts Payable, iExpenses, iProcurement, Purchasing, Accounts Receivable, Project Accounting, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, User Management.

-Understanding of Accounting Practices (to discuss balance sheet, P&L, capital and retained earnings)

-Running design workshops

-Leading / Supporting SIT / UAT testing phases

-Working with BI Tools (OTBI, OBIEE, Discover, Business Objects, QlikView

-Familiar with ConfigSnapshot Software

-Robust understanding of project lifecycle

This position would be suitable for those who have held the following titles; Lead Oracle Cloud Engineer, Oracle Cloud Technical Specialist, Oracle Cloud Functional Engineer, Oracle Cloud Functional Specialist.
