Marketing Manager/Permanent/Central London/ Starting from £35k - £45k per annum

Spring Technology are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our leading Clients In the market,

Currently they have an opening for an experienced Marketing Manager to join them on a permanent basis who will be managing their North America marketing strategy and budget.

As the Marketing Manager it will be your direct responsibility for the day to day smooth running of the Marketing Department with the support of the VP of Marketing.

You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the annual marketing and communications plan based on core strategic areas of focus covering all aspects of the marketing mix.

Ranging from, market research, brand campaigns, advertising schedules and communication strategies across traditional social media, community engagement, PR and Internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

*Responsible for managing and coordination of the UK Marketing team and providing a clear direction and expectation.

*Monitor output for each employee's individual discipline and report their progress to the VP, Marketing

*Conduct regular one-to-ones.

*Utilize available company data and external research tools to define target audiences and assess media suitability for campaign proposals and briefs.

*Ensure campaign messaging is on brand and best use if expenditure is applied.

*Inspect, proof read and approve finished artwork for dispatch

*Responsible for ensuring all marketing activity for the North American entity is meticulously planned and executed to schedule.

*Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives.

*Support VP, Marketing in planning and developing campaigns that support over all global organization.

*Brief new projects to the team and be responsible for completion of projects.

*Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and third parties, such as portals, photographers, printers, etc.
