Software Developer London to £95k

Software Developer (Java Kotlin Clojure Scala JVM TDD BDD Agile XP AWS SOLID). Are you an experienced Software Developer who has a passion for crafting clean, high quality code? You could be working closely with software development teams (internally and on client sites) to help them improve their code quality and software development practises.

Successful technology consultancy that works with a number of well-known clients (including ASOS, M&S and Tesco) is seeking a Software Developer to join their team. You'll be taking on a varied and interesting role that will include; in-house and on client-site software development projects, consultancy work that will focus on up-skilling the clients' software development teams in areas spanning Agile and Lean processes, DevOps and Continuous Delivery, project leadership and strategic client engagement work and mentoring more junior members of the internal software development teams.

You'll be based in central London (either in the office or on client sites nearby) where you'll work alongside a friendly, passionate and supportive team. Requirements:

Strong development background using Java, Kotlin, Clojure and / or Scala

Experience with Extreme Programming practices

In depth understanding of Agile, CI/CD, TDD, BDD, DDD and SOLID

Cloud experience (AWS)

Take pride in developing clean, high quality code

Passionate about using the right tools and technologies for the job at hand

Likely to attend and take part in meet-ups, conferences and tech talks

Experience working with development teams and managing client relationships

Excellent communication and collaboration skills
