They are changing the story of plastics by enabling more plastic waste to be recycled into valuable resources, thereby keeping plastics in the circular economy and out of their oceans.They have developed a modular machine to chemically recycle plastic waste back into a valuable petroleum raw material, for use as a feedstock in new plastics production, waxes and fuels. Using a chemical approach to recycling, no plastic gets left behind. Using a modular approach to process design, they harness the power of mass production to scale up quickly and cost effectively.Job Purpose:The Site Project Engineer is a key customer facing role responsible for executing their contractual undertakings by delivering assets and projects at customer sites on time and in full.The Site Project Team are a key customer facing role, their performance will be measured by their clients in how well they deliver, land, install and commission their valuable assets. The Site Project Manager will need to be a role model as well as a real team player, open to new ideas, cultures, and ways of working.Key Responsibilities:Working with the Sales and Technical teams you will support early client engagement assessing site suitability and the configuration of their proposed packageSupport the Site Host Team as they prepare their site to accept their assets; where necessary enforcing their contractual stance and the Site Owners obligations, or procuring packages on their behalfWorking with the host site, Manufacturing Team and the Regional Cluster Manager to deliver a least cost, least risk, best overall outcome planLead your team of field-based engineers to install, commission and hand over production assets to their clients, managing multiple concurrent projects to a best in class standardSupport the Site Team as they take over gradually withdrawing the support as the Asset and Team come up their learning curvesWork with the Remote Control Team and the Regional Cluster Manager to schedule and delivery service and maintenance packages across your region, deploying your field based teams and, where appropriate third party resources, to deliver their contractual undertakings and ensure that Site Hosts and Asset Owner Operators are well servicedTheir assets have a design life of 20 years and their technology road map is "full" of future innovation.
