Role: Lead Cloud Architect.Salary: £90,000 +BonusLocation: London We are currently seeking a Lead Cloud Architect to help delivery leading Devops and support services throughout the United kingdom.The immediate requirements of this role will be to deliver Managed services and platform support for clients in the UK allowing them to further their technological success with cloud platforms primarily focused around Azure.Going forward the plan is for this role to evolve to be managerial and lead a team of local DevOps and support engineers and the company grows. Requirements: - Work with WPP and digital Agencies in a cloud consultancy, sales and architecture capacity to generate business within the UK.- Work alongside Account Managers and Sales Managers to generate sales in the UK.- Work with Account and Delivery managers to prioritise and deliver on projects, managed services and consultancy within scope, time restraints and quality requirements.- Alongside the Support manager you will work with the support manager in client handover and transition from delivery to support.- To make technical recommendations considering costs and benefits of potential actions.- Focus on Customer Services and meeting customers Service Level Agreements.- Involvement in the Development and sharing of knowledge and documentation fpr standardised engineering and support tasks, business and technical automation, and ongoing customer support. Key Skills:- Expertise in discussing technical concepts and business value relating to Cloud platforms and hosting, Infrastructure design, Deployment and Automation.- Strong client facing skills both orally and written, as well as experience communicating with Stakeholders and senior IT persons.- Excellent Analytic and Numeracy skills.- A Passion for Cloud Technology.- A security focused mindset.- Kanban/Scrum environment experience. Experience:- Leading a team- Working within an Agile / Scrum delivery and support environment.- Azure/Cloud computing Certifications.
