Project Manager / Software / Warwick / Midlands / Permanent

My well established, global client is looking to recruit two experienced Project Managers at their Warwick office as they grow their UK operation.

As a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of programming and information system projects; starting with consultation and design, all the way through budgeting, scheduling and final evaluation. You will gain the confidence of clients and internal stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget and to the delight of the customer.

Responsibilities:

*Manage overall project P&L, draft budgets, estimates, and cost analysis.

*Consult clients and determine scope of client needs.

*Be responsible for maintaining target gross margin.

*Communicate and develop project requirements in partnership with programmers.

*Prepare and ensure the accuracy of project documents, including charters, status reports, risk assessments, change and resource requests.

*Lead project teams, providing motivation, focus, and guidance as necessary.

*Leverage technical/project knowledge to improve revenue and client relationships.

*Assess team performance and provide feedback.

*Maintain communication between business leads, internal sponsors, management and clients.

Experience Required:

*Experience managing information systems projects, including design, development, configuration, and developing functional requirements.

*Experience managing 5+ people on information system projects.

*Demonstrated experience managing project P&L, performing profitability and cost analysis, and understanding financial metrics.

*Proficiency in project management best practices and related tools is required.

*Experience managing concurrent projects.

*Experience in manufacturing or a similar industry would be advantageous.

*PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification, or experience using a professional services automated tool would be advantageous.

*Valid passport and ability to travel internationally.

*Ideally posses a university degree, preferably in IT, finance, business, or engineering.

This is a great opportunity to join an established global company as they grow their UK arm of the business. The salary range for successful candidates would be £60,000 - £85,000 plus a great company benefits scheme including; profit share bonus scheme, share scheme, life insurance, travel insurance and pension to name a few.
