As part of Norfolk County Council's Business Transformation, we are entering a crucial phase of our £13.2m HR and Finance Systems Replacement programme. This innovative solution involves technology change that is business-led and benefits-driven, with estimated savings of between £20m to £31m over 10 years through streamlining processes and reducing back office requirements.
We are looking for an experienced Data Quality and Migration Manager to deliver the migration from E-Business Suite to a new system. You will manage the Data Migration Team to ensure the best use of specialist skills are utilised. You will map the data migration and understand current processes and data as well as the requirements for the ‘to be' system. You will ensure everyone involved is clear on the constraints and demands and the best possible detailed approach is developed for accurate data migration.
Working with other project workstreams you will design the data migration, to ensure the migration fully supports the objectives of the programme, particularly integration, functional and analytics requirements and consequently delivers benefits and savings. Managing and directing a team of data cleansers you will prepare the data to a point at which a good migration can be achieved, and business process refinement and analytics can be delivered.
Educated to degree level you will have significant experience of delivering HR and Finance data migrations. You will have product-specific data migration experience and possess exceptional technical thinking and expertise.
With a relevant professional qualification or equivalent you will demonstrate strong knowledge and an understanding of professional technical or business knowledge.
