A global leading organisation is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to work with stakeholders and project managers/owners to break down and define requirements. This is a great chance for a Business Analyst who has a few years experience to join an organisation that can really invest and develop your career. As the Business Analyst, you will work successfully as part of a team, engaging with all members to deliver a quality result.

KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ACCOUNTABILITIES

*Perform in-depth analysis using appropriate tools and techniques to help further refine the understanding of the requirements

*Run workshops to elicit requirements and understand the business needs

*Assist the Product Owner, Project Manager and/or client in the prioritisation of requirements

*Understand the wider business by documenting process flows on a standard template

*Manage priorities within a project and wider portfolio

*Build and maintain requirement backlogs

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

*As a Business Analyst you will have experience of work within:

oA technical and/or regulated environment, preferably financial

oBoth Agile and non-Agile development cycles

oYou should have a firm grounding in standard analysis techniques such as interviewing, open questioning, elicitation and stakeholder management.

*You will be capable of, accurate and confident with:

oDocumenting requirements, processes and systems

oDrafting findings and recommendations for a variety of audiences.

oCapturing high and low level requirements

oJust in Time (JIT) analysis

oCapturing requirements as Themes, Epics and Stories

oProviding a robust and collaborative challenge - with innovation and best-fit solutions in mind
