Project Overview

The customer (a small Public Sector body) is currently undertaking a procurement exercise to appoint a new supplier to replace their current licensing system.

Core Role Responsibilities: Support pre-procurement activity for selection of a COTS package through GCloud procurement.Support the customer to validate the requirements of the licensing system (gathered during discovery phase).Oversee the appointment of selected supplier and, in future statements of work, project manage the delivery phase and transition into live, including technical changes for the infrastructure.Communicate and report progress, risks, issues and dependencies.Liaise with the customer Delivery Manager and other stakeholders as required to secure resources required to complete the engagement.Essential Skills: Experience working within Public SectorMust have good knowledge and prior experience of delivering successfully to government's digital service standards.Experience leading similar digital transformation/ development projects.Experience working in multi-supplier, agile teams.Nice to Have: Experience using collaborative tooling e.g. Jira and Confluence.The successful candidate will hold active SC clearance or be eligible and willing to undergo the relevant checks.Please submit CVs today!
