Security Consultant / Security Lead (flexible days)

We require a Security Consultant to lead and consultant an organisation meet the required standards for ISO27001 certification this year.

Day Rate: £200-£250

Duration: 3 months initially with option to extend (flexible working days available)

You as a Security consultant will guide and help the business achieve these standards provide expert knowledge and information.

The organisation are improving their Information Security Management System (ISMS) to comply with the ISO 27001 standard.

Main Deliverables:

-An approach to monitoring the ISMS on an on-going basis which is proportionate to the needs of the business and which enables us to comply with the standard

-An updated project plan covering all the activity required to be compliant with the standard and to achieve the certification

-An updated approach to document management and control which complies with the standard.

-An updated ISMS which is fully compliant with the ISO 27001 standard

Required skills:

You will have an extensive background in security with Knowledge of developing and implementing ISO 27001 compliant information security management systems

a background of working in an ISO 27001 environment

understanding of information security compliance requirements
