Expert knowledge of
Deploying and maintaining IBM Middleware Solutions particularly IIB (IBM Integration Bus)
Consulting skills and team development
Understanding of IT foundations such as Operating Systems, Networks, Systems Admin etc.
Installation and Configuration
Nice to haves
Creating concise PowerPoint slides for senior stakeholders
Technical, Communication and Project Management skills
Software Development, DevOps and Security
MQ including clusters
