A small to medium sized, expanding Fund Manager is looking for a business facing C# Developer to work directly with Research and Analysts in developing both the calculation engine using Server side C# and javascript/React front end. This is a new role to join the multi-skilled team design and develop new applications and enhancements to both their in-house and online systems. The main emphasis is on strong C# and having enough mathematical knowledge to understand mathematical models and adapt them with the quants to give the desired outcome, implementing them in C# in their pricing and risk applications.

Experience of Javascript, Angular or React is useful as this will be a full stack role where you will understand requirements from the business and deliver end to end solutions. SQL is also used but only to pull data from the database repository rather than complex queries.

Financial experience and mathematics is beneficial as you will working with bond maths (yield curves etc.), equities and related areas but good, current maths will suffice. The team is smart, friendly and low turnover and would suit someone who likes working with a supportive team but with the freedom to work autonomously.
