We are therefore looking to expand our team further by appointing an experienced and dedicated Service Support Technician with solid Windows Server / Active Directory / Exchange experience to join our growing team.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? As a Service Support Technician, you will you will be providing support, along with being an escalation point for the Service Desk Team, from 1st / 2nd Line through to the 3rd Line Support. You will be using your skills in Networking, Exchange, Active Directory, Windows Server and if you have it, Citrix to implement common requests, changes and corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement of existing networks and server infrastructures. You will be working with other internal teams to work towards reaching the business objectives.
