Project Coordinator - Client-Facing, Financial ServicesLocation: LondonWe are actively looking to secure an experienced Project Coordinator to join Experis.Experis Consultancy is a Global entity with a well-established team with over 1000 consultants on assignment across 20 clients globally. We form part of the Manpower group of companies that turn over $20 billion a year collectively.Role Profile:We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the Project and Programme team in administering, organising and tracking a project that requires co-ordination across multiple stakeholders.Project Coordinator responsibilities include working closely with the Project Manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects. You will perform various tasks, including scheduling and risk management, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and handling financial queries. You should have excellent time management and communication skills, as you'll collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.Ultimately, the Project Coordinator's duties are to ensure that the projects assigned are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards.Responsibilities:Coordinate project activities and assigned resourcesBreak activities into achievable actions and set and agree timeframesLiaise with stakeholders to confirm requirements, scope, objectives and approachAssign tasks, track their completion and assist with schedule managementHelp prepare resource forecastsAnalyse risks and opportunitiesMonitor project progress and handle any issues that ariseAct as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participantsWork with the Project Manager to eliminate blockersCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reportsEnsure standards and requirements are met throughoutEssential Requirements:Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar roleExperience in company Separation and migration programmesExperience in project management, from conception to deliveryExperience in Project Management Office activitiesSolid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-managementStrong client-facing and teamwork skillsFamiliarity with risk managementPMP / PRINCE2 certificationPlease submit your CV in the first instance Project Coordinator - Financial Services
