As our newly appointed Technical Support Consultant you will be joining our team of dedicated consultants with a common goal of delivering the best service possible to our clients. You will be responsible for 2nd Line Support, ensuring our products are producing the most effective results, Upgrades and patches of client systems and User testing of our bespoke solutions.WE NEED YOU TO HAVE….. SQL Server / Application Support / SQL Querying Passion to enhance and further develop your skillsetExcellent communication skillsIT'S NICE TO HAVE….. Degree in an IT related fieldExperience with Reporting tools (Microsoft Access, SQL Reporting Services etc.)Insane Pool skills for company Pool tournamentsTO BE CONSIDERED…..
