Project Description: Oil & Gas industry experience is a mustThis project has the objective to define and implement the new Operating Model and in source several responsibilities into the organization, with the goal to improve control over the service and its performance. To establish and enable the new operating model, the following key deliverables are expected: * New Operating Model: Define, implement and transition to the new IRM IP Operating Model, addressing the needs and challenges of the Cyber Defense Team, the Operations (SOM) and delivery (DV) organization.
