Data Architect - Mongo DB/PL/SQL - North London/Contract

Spring Technology is currently working on behalf of a global aviation company in North London to recruit a Data Architect. You will become a member of the border's architecture team and provide consulting services to the product and projects teams helping with guidance throughout the design and development process.

Requirements:

*Act as a hub between Business and System Data requirements

*Create logical and physical data models

*Develop, deliver and enforce a long-term platform data architecture capable of supporting and sustaining the companies analytical and reporting needs, strategies and goals.

*Be responsible for the technical data architecture blueprint, including platform configuration, standards and the development tool chain. Ensure have a clear current architecture, target architecture and the iterative steps.

*Setup data dictionaries/glossary and help the business teams create and maintain definitions

*Articulate data quality process and design data cleansing solutions

*Work closely with business analyst and technical teams to ensure best quality and best practice

*Supplier management

*Platform and tool analysis

*Technical architecture for the platform(s)

*Stakeholder management

Must Have:

*Experience of all forms of database models including relational, graph and document

*Technical skills in Data Science, Data Ingestion, Data Augmentation, Big Data and Cloud platforms used by a large enterprise for Data and Analytics.

*Database design, implementation, table design and data modeling.

*Knowledge of the principles governing best practice in Platform Data Architecture, Management & Governance.

*Expertise in the build of data and analytics capability on a on premise and Cloud Platform to create a data platform as a service.

*Experience in PL/SQL

*Around 10+ years of experience with in Data Architecture roles

*Data DW & BI modelling experience

*Good understanding of Oracle data structures
