1st Line Support

Urgent Requirement - 1^st Line Support - £9 - £10 per hour I have an urgent requirement for a 1^st line support engineer to join my client on a temporary basis. A successful applicant will need basic IT skills or qualifications, someone who has just finished their IT course at college or someone with 6 months - 1-year experience within a similar helpdesk position.You will have the opportunity to build upon your current skill set and will have exposure to hardware builds, support calls & the opportunity to learn of senior member of the team. You will need to be quick learning and have a drive to be in IT/build a career. The contract will be guaranteed work for 6 months with the option to join the team on a permanent basis.
