Role description

We have many great people, with experience in working in many different ways, on many different technologies. What has become clear is that we need further focus on our Ways of Working (WoW), to continue the good work that has already started.Ensure that we keep progressing the WoW roll-out, support the growing team and continually make small adjustments to get things right, we are introducing the role of Workflow Manager.

· Grow and develop our squad leads through their career and manage performance closely and make visible to all.

· Active hands on participation in supporting the squad leaders with running of squads

· Lead on the planning and execution of future phases of WoW, working closely with wider teams.

· Continually inspect, learn and develop our WoW.

· Coach on how to embrace and experience the benefits of our new WoW.

· Introduce and bring together in wider teams in to WoW, where appropriate.

· Be involved in internally and industry level conversations externallySupport Resource Manager with feedback on performance.

You'll have:Proven record of leading successful ways of working transformation

· Confidence in demonstrating continuous improvement.

· Significant experience in Agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean SD, XP, DSDM

· Passionate and enthusiastic about Agile methodologies, paired with a real sense of doing what is right for the business and reaching pragmatic compromises.

· Well versed in running projects, BAU, small change and operational type activity.

· Experience of building high performant multiple multi-disciplinary teams.

· Experience of positive succession planning and execution.Have extensive people management experience.
