Role: Operations Analyst

Contract: 6 Months

Rate: £300pd-£375pd

Our leading client are looking for a Operations Analyst with a strong understanding of all aspects of faster payment transaction, in this role you will be collaborating with cross functional and technical stakeholders like engineering, product management, legal, partnerships, being an expert in the field with the ability to hand incoming questions from product managers teams on payment integrations.

Responsibilities

*Evaluate existing business processes and translate into accurate, consistent, and concise documentations that follows a logical flow

*Read complex and technical concepts and communicate them clearly as standard operating procedures (SOP's), product manual, process flow diagrams, policies and procedure documents.

*Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs

*Design writing style templates for order, clarity, continuity of style and terminology

Candidate Requirements

*Payments Technology Industry experience

*Strong understanding of various types of payment platforms (Faster Payments or Domestic Payments)

*Payments messaging standards such as (ISO20022 or ISO8583)

*Understanding of Liquidity and Settlement Process
