Welder/Fabricator (Colchester) role on offer with a growing company that prides itself on a good working atmosphere and employee retention.Are you a TIG Welder with Fabrication experience? Have you worked with Steel and Aluminium?This well-established company make innovative products for a range of sectors including medical, sports, broadcasting and the defence sector. Due to a sustained period of success, they are expanding and as a result of this require a Welder/Fabricator to help them with recently tendered projects.In this position you will be cutting, assembling and fabricating sections using engineering drawings whilst working alongside designers and operators to achieve a high-quality finish. You will receive on the job training and experience whilst working with a team of highly qualified tradesmen.The ideal person will have experience of TIG welding, be competent with dealing with a wide range of different materials and be looking to join a company where you enhance your skills and supplement your earnings through overtime

The Role:*TIG welding & fabricating

*Reading of Engineering Drawings

*Self-inspection of components

*Working at height

*Working in-line with health and safety standards

*£11 p/h - £12.48 p/h + Training + Progression + OvertimeThe Person:*Welder/Fabricator (Colchester)

*Lives local to Colchester or willing to relocate to the area
