Senior Infor EAM Technical Consultant - London - £60K to £70K + Quarterly Bonuses, Car allowance, Company Benefits, healthcare (Depending on experience) - Huge Infor partner in Central LondonA client with a forward thinking ideology and working culture operating in the centre of London. With an array of projects and a rich client base they are now in search of an Infor EAM technical professional to add value to the business and to become an integral part of the consultancy team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport for Infor EAM, Infor OS and associated software TechnicalFlex customisation development and maintenanceTroubleshoot technical product issuesManage upgrades Requirements

Knowledge of Windows Network & IIS necessary necessary

SQL script writing & SQL Administration necessary necessary

SSRS & Cognos Configuration and Report Writing beneficial Beneficial

Knowledge of virtualised infrastructure necessary

Good interpersonal and communication skills in order to work with clients and other team members

Competent writer of emails, and reports necessary

Produce comprehensive and professional documentation including Systems Design Documentation necessary

Carry out system testing, training and troubleshooting necessary

Become accredited in the chosen product set by studying and sitting the appropriate software authors examinationsBeneficial

At all times work to the highest standards of quality and professionalism necessary

Comfortable travelling domestically and internationally necessary

Maintain Presales environment and liaise with stakeholders necessary

Answer technical sections of ITTs Beneficial

Participate in the provision of estimates for delivering solutions Desirable

Bring to the knowledge of the TSE BU Manager other products which may be added to the Company portfolio and if required to carry out a technical assessment Desirable

Train other resources and carry out knowledge transfer for new version of existing solutions or new products that are added to the portfolio.
