That spirit has made us what we are today, and it will drive us to become what we want to be tomorrow.Role ResponsibilitiesTo engage with projects in early phases in order to influence project initiation and direction, ensuring alignment with the overall delivery plan;To participate and contribute to analysis in order to understand story requirements and identify optimum test approach;To create and execute high quality test cases;To ensure that defects are reported, taking the initiative to utilize skills and experience to drive resolution;To ensure the delivery of high-quality releases on time;To liaise and communicate with the full suite of colleagues representing all partner teams; building effective relationships with third parties and applying influence;Engage support team to ensure common understanding of impact of quality issues.Review bugs that come through triage; participate in root cause analysis review taking steps to improve test approach going forward.
