Closing date: 08/08/2019 Job Introduction We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst role to join the Data Insights team based in our fantastic offices on Lower Thames Street. With well over a billion pages of digital content viewed every month across our web and mobile products, we have access to huge amounts of exciting and unique data.   Understanding our data and users is key for us to build the right products to engage our customers.  The Digital Insights team sits within the larger Data team and is responsible for maintaining our key analytics systems, delivering core reporting and providing data insights to a variety of stakeholders within the business to inform and improve digital strategy. You will help us further increase our digital audience into 2019. Key Responsibilities Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of data and regular reporting to key stakeholders Managing and maintaining Reach Group site lists and classifications within different systems Testing analytics tracking is working on new sites and platforms and investigating reported issues Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries and requests coming through the team inbox Helping analytics system users to self serve by assisting them with simple report set-ups (mainly Google Analytics) Delivering ad-hoc report requests to the business using a variety of systems and information sources Communicating insights and results at different levels to diverse audiences within the company The Ideal Candidate You will be comfortable working with numbers with a keen eye for identifying data patterns and anomalies, alongside a logical approach to problem solving. We work in a fast paced environment, so it's really important that you like to work collaboratively and proactively to get stuff done. You will be a great communicator who can bring your organisation and multi-tasking skills to your role and the wider team. We will be interested in candidates who have a genuine interest in digital and more specifically digital publishing.
