Responsibilities

Build to order, EUC devices to quality standards, adhering to end to end processes

Installation and upgrade of equipment covering desktops, laptops, peripherals and OS builds

Work with the technical team to maintain the patch status

Ensure configuration management is maintained

Apply asset management as part of the deployment process

Ensure delivery of EUC devices out to customer sites to an agreed schedule

Amend processes and training materials as required

Provision second line support, for the EUC devices, as required

Resolution of incident and problems interacting with the Service Desk

Collaborative working with other teams where required

Adopt and adapt to continuous improvement requirements during Partner delivery

Due to the nature and urgency of this post, candidates holding or who have held high level security clearance in the past are most welcome to apply. Please note successful applicants will be required to be security cleared prior to appointment which can take up to a minimum 10 weeks.
