Excellent role on offer for an Operations Manager with electrical installation experience who is looking to work for a rapidly expanding, specialist company who can offer you progression to Director. Are you from an electrical fit out background with experience running major projects? Do you have experience of managing senior project/contracts managers? This company have been established for over 15 years and have firmly established themselves as a big player in the high-end residential and commercial electrical fit-outs industry. They are continuously developing having won vast new contracts and are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to streamline the business. In this role you will work closely with the Director team to ensure a smooth running of day to day operations. You will have full P&L responsibility and be responsible for overseeing all the Contracts and Project Managers ensuring contracts are delivered. You will need to have the capability of building and maintaining key relationships and a good knowledge of contract law. The ideal candidate for this person will have extensive experience within Electrical fitouts and proven experience with day to day management of company operations. Someone who has been an Operations Manager or ran their own business previously are encouraged to apply.
