Job Description : Data Architect & Specialist
Client is looking for Data Architect &Specialist who can lead and support master data harmonisation & data migration processes for salesforce Implementation (moving data from other third party applications to Salesforce.com). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of how Salesforce organise master data, interacts with ERP, other cloud platforms and applications. The Data Specialist may also work with internal customers to analyze their data requirements, develop designs, and implement integrations to other systems using common cloud based integration platforms such as Mulesoft and others. He or She will lead the initiative to ensure the organisation adopts enterprise wide data standards for salesforce. This involves the creation of standard data definitions and data management procedures whilst complying with relevant internal controls. Liaise with business units to ensure implementation of standards and ultimately data harmonisation. ResponsibilitiesProvides solution and integration development with Salesforce including requirements, functional specs, design, custom development, integration, testing, and deploymentLeads the integration of business processes across disparate systemsTranslates customer requirements into implementation plansDevelop and maintain enterprise data architecture that is robust and flexible to meet the needs of several business functionsDevelop and manage standards for all company information data and information in salesforceDesign, create and implement procedures to effectively manage Master Data in the salesforce system or interface to MDM toolProvide continuous support in Master Data Management by working closely with internal customersManage, control and maintain company wide data definitionsCoordinating all data cleansing and migration activitiesMaintain the Master Data bible of definitionsEnsuring harmonized, consistent information across all units.Management, control and maintenance with respect to content of common coding and common dataMaintain data structures and hierarchiesMaintain and provide consistent, unambiguous and actual descriptions of data definitionsManage and control the consistent use of company data in the integral salesforce systemPrimary ContactsProgram ManagerProject ManagerProject team/staff (including designated users or customers)Business unit (BU) management/executivesBusiness analystsUser/customer product ownerExternal service providers’ and consultancies’ project manager(s)   Job RequirementsB.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalentSalesforce CRM Training
Experience3+ years of experience with technical implementations of customer projectsRequires knowledge of data management, SQL and RDBMS technologiesRequires practical experience with ETL tools and/or Data Integration products (Mulesoft, BizTalk, etc...)Experience with other Salesforce CRM softwareExperience with Salesforce developer toolkit including Apex Classes, Controllers and Triggers, Visual force, Force.com IDE, Migration Tool, Web Services is a plusExposure to Salesforce configuration is a plus  Knowledge and SkillsStrong presentation and communication skillsExcellent listening skills to fully understand the customer requirements and pain pointsTechnical acumen to convert plans into real solutions that workDriven by customer success with a team player attitude  Competencies/Key Behaviors This is a midlevel position.
